Project Controller

We are looking for a senior Project Controls specialist to support long-term capital projects within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Norway. This position plenty of longevity, with various projects in the pipeline for the next number of years.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules and timelines across multiple workstreams
• Track and control project costs, budgets, and forecasting, ensuring financial accuracy
• Maintain cost reporting, performance tracking, and project visibility for PMO and stakeholders
• Support and manage change control processes, ensuring deviations are properly recorded and assessed
• Work closely with Project Managers to provide insight on project performance, risks, and progress
• Contribute to planning, reporting, and governance activities within the PMO structure

Requirements

• Strong experience in Project Controls within engineering, construction, or pharmaceutical environments
• Proven capability in:
• Cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Project scheduling (Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools)
• Change control and project governance processes
• High attention to detail, with a structured and analytical approach
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and maintain clear, accurate reporting
• GMP or regulated industry experience beneficial, but not essential
