Project Manager (Medical Device) - Product Transfer

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end product transfer initiatives within the medical device sector. This role oversees the successful transition of products across sister sites or external manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and operational readiness.

The Project Manager will define and manage project scope, building strong cross‑functional relationships to drive alignment across engineering, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. You will create and maintain detailed timelines, ensuring all milestones are delivered on schedule while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.

Budget ownership is central to this role, requiring close monitoring of project costs, resource allocation, and financial reporting to maintain alignment with organisational objectives. The Project Manager will serve as the primary stakeholder interface, facilitating transparent communication channels and presenting updates to leadership at key stages.

Success in this role requires strong leadership capabilities, enabling you to energise and guide a multidisciplinary team from project kickoff through full transfer completion. You will be responsible for establishing meeting structures, driving accountability, and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.
