Vascular Product Marketing Manager - Poland (m/f/d)

Location: Poland (ideally Warsaw or Kraków) | Remote | Marketing - Product Marketing

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing activities across Poland, partnering closely with regional marketing and local sales teams to drive product adoption and commercial success.

This role offers a mix of strategic and hands-on execution, with exposure to product launches, market development, and close collaboration with clinical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing strategies aligned with regional (EMEA) objectives and commercial priorities
  • Support and lead local product launches, including pricing input, go-to-market strategy, and adoption initiatives
  • Analyse local market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and localise marketing materials, sales tools, and value messaging for the Polish market
  • Plan and deliver events, workshops, and educational initiatives to drive awareness and product uptake
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key clinical stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to support commercial execution and drive territory performance
  • Lead initiatives within peripheral vascular therapies, including areas such as PE, DVT, and acute limb conditions
  • Deliver internal product training to ensure strong clinical knowledge and messaging across the sales team

Your Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in MedTech, ideally within vascular or interventional therapies
  • Experience working with Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, or Cardiology
  • Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare landscape and customer dynamics
  • Experience supporting or leading product launches is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with clinical audiences
  • Hands-on, proactive, and structured approach with strong ownership
  • Collaborative team player with a strong focus on supporting sales success
  • Fluent Polish (native level) and English required
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%
