Office Manager
Our client is a growing life sciences company that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to independently manage its Thailand office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent setting and enjoy overseeing a wide range of operational, logistical, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage order intake, packaging, and coordination of domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Track financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and commission reporting.
- Serve as the local contact for customer and vendor inquiries related to logistics.
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve operational issues and support business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or office administration, ideally in the life science industry.
- Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Experience with invoicing and collections is a plus.
