Medical Advisor

Our client is a fast-growing, innovation-driven biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Singapore, focused on developing and commercializing evidence-based therapies that address unmet medical needs. They are currently looking for a Medical Advisor who will help shape medical strategy and drive scientific engagement across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and execution of medical plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Provide scientific and medical support for clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and post-marketing activities.
• Organize and deliver training programs, webinars, and advisory boards to support HCP education and disease awareness.
• Partner with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, commercial, and market access teams to ensure medical alignment.
• Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials in compliance with local regulations.
• Respond to medical inquiries and gather actionable insights to inform strategy and product development.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of SEA healthcare landscape, including regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
