As a Plant/Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the technical and logistical execution of production campaigns in a state-of-the-art bioconjugate facility. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and engineering phases to ensure technical readiness and campaign success.
  • Supervise production activities, ensuring safety and operational continuity-even beyond regular hours.
  • Develop and maintain cGMP-compliant documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Train and guide operators on technical and production-specific procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to protocols and intervene when deviations occur.
  • Foster communication and knowledge-sharing within the operations team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (6S, Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN) while upholding safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards.

Your Profile

  • Technical education or advanced training (apprenticeship, Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent).
  • Experience in chemical, biotech, or food production is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO and/or GMP environments preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital systems.
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English Mandatory.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty rotations.
