As a Plant/Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the technical and logistical execution of production campaigns in a state-of-the-art bioconjugate facility. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and engineering phases to ensure technical readiness and campaign success.
- Supervise production activities, ensuring safety and operational continuity-even beyond regular hours.
- Develop and maintain cGMP-compliant documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Train and guide operators on technical and production-specific procedures.
- Monitor adherence to protocols and intervene when deviations occur.
- Foster communication and knowledge-sharing within the operations team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (6S, Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN) while upholding safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards.
Your Profile
- Technical education or advanced training (apprenticeship, Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent).
- Experience in chemical, biotech, or food production is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO and/or GMP environments preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital systems.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English Mandatory.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty rotations.
