Job Description: A medical device manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product designs and create processes, tools, and procedures to ensure efficient manufacturing.
- Support Production and provide Process Improvement guidance.
- Implement process improvements to meet high-volume production demands.
- Ensure manufacturing processes are repeatable and controlled.
- Drive process improvements focused on quality and efficiency through Lean Six Sigma Methodologies
Qualifications:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Six Sigma experience
- At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field
- Degree in engineering
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
