About the Opportunity

A growing international healthcare and life sciences company is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to drive commercial growth through its global distributor network. This is a highly visible role focused on expanding international market presence, supporting strategic partners, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial expertise with a collaborative approach to managing channel partners, developing new business opportunities, and supporting product adoption in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners across international territories.
  • Drive revenue growth and support achievement of regional sales objectives.
  • Support the launch of new products and solutions within assigned markets.
  • Develop and execute market expansion and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to implement regional sales and promotional initiatives.
  • Support distributors with customer visits, exhibitions, tenders, and commercial activities.
  • Deliver sales and product training to partners and end users where required.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting through CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international sales, business development, or channel management.
  • Strong track record of achieving commercial objectives and growing revenue within international markets.
  • Experience managing distribution networks, strategic partners, or indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Comfortable working across different cultures, regions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
