An innovative and specialised Biotech is seeking a strategic and scientifically adept individual to join their Commercial Team as an inside sales specialist. This role is based in Europe, offering remote work flexibility and requiring travel to engage with clients and participate in industry events. The organisation excels in cell culture technology to both industry and academia where you will help scale the direct business across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and qualification through proactive outreach, inbound lead management, and customer follow-up.
- Develop and execute an inside sales plan to support regional commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Deliver technical product information, virtual demonstrations, and support materials to customers.
- Collaborate closely with field sales, marketing, and product management to align on territory needs and maximise opportunity conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales pipelines, and provide forecasting insights.
- Support organisation of webinars, digital campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the life science market with experience across Cell Culture, bioprocessing, Bioreactor technology.
- Strong sales skills and a hunters mindset. 3-5 years sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English + additional languages as a bonus.
- Be based within Europe.
