Inside Sales Specialist

We are currently supporting an expanding medical technology client looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join their team at headquarters and play a key role in expanding their customer base across Europe.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving outbound sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients from the office.
  • Managing and qualifying inbound inquiries - from initial outreach to understanding client needs and documenting key insights.
  • Creating tailored proposals and either managing the client relationship or coordinating handover to the field sales team.
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date and continuously improving its effectiveness.
  • Conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • A proactive approach to sales - you don't wait for leads, you go out and find them, including tracking down missing prospect information.
  • At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to identify and respond to customer needs independently.
  • A structured, self-motivated work style and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinking and a keen eye for spotting market trends and customer opportunities.
