🧩 What You'll Do:

As an Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting HR, payroll, and benefits administration. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while working closely with internal teams and external partners across the globe.

✅ What We're Looking For:

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid understanding of HR legislation and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Comfortable navigating various tools and systems.
  • Experience with Protime, SAP, Oracle, Verzuimsignaal, and Workday is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.
