About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Genomics Sales Specialist to join our team in Germany. In this remote-based role, you will drive commercial success for our genomics product portfolio, build strong customer relationships, and represent our innovative solutions across academic, clinical, and biotech markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage and expand customer accounts across Germany
- Present complex genomics solutions to researchers and decision-makers
- Provide technical product consultations and demonstrations
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings (regular travel required)
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and technical support teams
Requirements
- Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD preferred) in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related field
- 2-3+ years of industry experience in genomics, molecular biology, or life sciences
- Proven sales experience, ideally in genomics or laboratory technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively in German and English (both required)
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within Germany
- Self‑driven, organised, and comfortable working fully remotely
