Freelance Business Development Specialist

EPM Scientific are currently working with a small CRO, who are urgently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. See a short summary below:

Contract Conditions:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Europe, Remote
• Contract Type: Freelance / Consultant
• Language: English essential; additional languages advantageous
• Project: Business Development, Contract Research Organisation

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute the European business development strategy, including setting up relevant company policies and procedures.
• Manage a multimillion-dollar annual target.
• Serve as a representative of the CRO, engaging with CRO Headquarters and liaising strategically with international clients.
• Coordinate and arrange all relevant parties to participate in bidding meetings.
• Plan and execute company promotion strategy and related events in Europe.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in CRO business development required.
• Proven track record of delivering results and managing large-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel to sponsors in Europe occasionally required.
