Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical device R&D, with a focus on pacemakers or cardiac devices.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing R&D teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO) and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
