Director, Commercial Marketing Strategy
Location: Pleasanton, CA
EPM Scientific is partnered with a leading Medical Device company
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives for cardiovascular technologies, including market planning, product positioning, and launch execution.
- Drive market development by identifying customer needs, guiding product innovation, and expanding therapy access.
- Oversee integration of advanced clinical tools into healthcare settings, supporting adoption and utilization.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team across product management and field implementation services.
- Collaborate with sales, education, and commercial teams to align strategy and ensure business objectives are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain leadership in the space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field
- 11+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, and commercial leadership within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven success in launching and scaling innovative therapies or technologies.
- Strong understanding of clinical environments, market access dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing teams and driving performance across diverse commercial functions.
