Director, Commercial Marketing Strategy

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives for cardiovascular technologies, including market planning, product positioning, and launch execution.
  • Drive market development by identifying customer needs, guiding product innovation, and expanding therapy access.
  • Oversee integration of advanced clinical tools into healthcare settings, supporting adoption and utilization.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team across product management and field implementation services.
  • Collaborate with sales, education, and commercial teams to align strategy and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain leadership in the space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field
  • 11+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, and commercial leadership within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling innovative therapies or technologies.
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments, market access dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance across diverse commercial functions.
