The company operates at the intersection of clinical biology, molecular diagnostics, and precision medicine, with a mission to identify and act on disease at its earliest biological signals-well before clinical symptoms emerge.
The organization has an established global presence across Europe and Asia and is now building out its U.S. footprint. This role will play a critical part in launching and scaling lab operations in a very lean, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead U.S. laboratory operations from the ground up, including infrastructure, workflows, and team development
- Oversee day-to-day lab execution across clinical, molecular, and translational diagnostic activities
- Establish and optimize processes supporting high-sensitivity testing platforms, including genomics, cfDNA, and multi-omics workflows
- Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory/quality standards as applicable
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across molecular biology, clinical research, and data/AI functions to enable early detection and longitudinal monitoring programs
- Implement scalable systems to support precision diagnostics and high-throughput sample processing
