EPM Scientific is partnered with an industry-leading medical device company to hire a Director, Commercial Excellence. This individual will play a key role in driving sales effectiveness, increasing customer engagement, and expanding market share for their product line.

Responsibilities:
- Create and run marketing plans that support sales and improve demand
- Use customer and field insights to guide marketing and sales efforts
- Work cross-functionally to launch products and manage success over time
- Build and lead strong teams/strategies that improve access, adoption, and overall performance
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in medical device / life sciences
- Robust experiece leading large teams
- Thorough experience in marketing/sales leadership, operational excellence, or commercial strategy
- Ability to commute onsite in San Francisco or Austin Texas
