As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead large-scale clinical support services in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and superior care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Direct and manage a team of 200+ clinical support professionals, ensuring engagement, performance, and adherence to operational standards.
    • Mentor and develop frontline managers, building leadership capabilities and a strong succession pipeline.
    • Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
    • Streamline processes to manage high patient volumes effectively, improving throughput and patient satisfaction.
    • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Compliance & Quality
    • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
    • Collaborate with quality teams to monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics, identifying trends and driving corrective actions.
    • Champion initiatives that enhance patient safety and clinical quality.
  • Strategic Planning & Collaboration
    • Partner with cross-functional teams-including HR, Talent Acquisition, Quality, and Technology-to align operational goals with organizational strategy.
    • Support technology-driven initiatives that simplify workflows and improve care delivery.
    • Participate in resource planning and prioritization for projects and initiatives.
  • Financial Management
    • Drive fiscal responsibility through cost-efficiency measures and operational transformation.
    • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements that reduce expenses without compromising quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals and outcomes.
    • Represent clinical operations in strategic discussions and organizational planning sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, medical device, or related industry.
  • Background in acute care or monitoring environments (e.g., telemetry, ICU, cardiac care) highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards in healthcare.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving efficiency, compliance, and quality improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems; experience with workflow technology solutions preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
