Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Lead to join a innovative dental implant company based in Switzerland. This project is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension or long-term engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, overseeing the design and development of dental implant products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project goals are met.
• Drive the innovation process, from concept through to prototype development and final product launch.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product development, preferably within the dental implant or medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental implant design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a development team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
