We're partnering with a global organization that's transforming how business-critical data drives decision-making across its operations. They're now looking to bring on board a Data Systems Specialist / Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing their data infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, business-impacting role where you'll:
Own and optimize the data infrastructure - Manage a robust data warehouse and design efficient models to ensure seamless, reliable data flow across the business.
Build powerful data pipelines - Develop and maintain complex ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
Drive data integrity and performance - Implement data governance standards, enhance system security, and fine-tune performance for high-volume queries.
Enable smarter decision-making - Support the creation of user-friendly dashboards and empower internal teams with self-service reporting tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with stakeholders across tech and business functions to ensure the data platform supports evolving needs.

What You Bring
We're looking for someone who's not just technical but curious, driven, and ready to make an impact from day one.
3+ years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, or BI development
Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks
Proficiency in MS SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and cloud-based integration tools
Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, Qlik, or Tableau is a plus
Familiarity with Kimball methodology or similar architecture frameworks
Fluent English and strong communication skills
Bonus points for experience in Agile environments or regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, manufacturing)
