My client is a long‑established healthcare organization focused on supporting patients with complex and long‑term medical needs through high‑quality therapies and care solutions. With a strong global footprint, they combine medical expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and technology to enhance treatment safety, reliability, and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

CRM System Configuration & Optimization

  • Configure, enhance, and maintain CRM components-including fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, and data structures.
  • Ensure CRM reflects the latest business hierarchy, customer segmentation, sales structure, and operational processes.
  • Support new market onboarding, CRM updates, and system expansions.

Operational Management & System Maintenance

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring system stability and functionality for all users.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve user-reported problems, and coordinate fixes with global or external tech teams.
  • Oversee data quality, integrity checks, and audit controls.

Change Request & Enhancement Management

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Assess, prioritize, and implement change requests to ensure the CRM remains aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with global CRM teams on technical enhancements, releases, and platform upgrades.

Analytics, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with analytics teams to ensure accurate data flow from CRM into dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Optimize CRM usage by improving workflows, layouts, and system logic.
  • Support SFE/Commercial Excellence by enabling data capture processes that improve insights and field execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between business users, IT, global CRM teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to ensure markets understand new functionalities and system changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 5-8+ years of CRM technical experience (Salesforce, Veeva or similar).
  • Strong hands-on skills in CRM configuration, data management, and system operations.
  • Experience working with commercial teams in pharma/medtech/FMCG is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a regional environment.
