Responsibilities:

Strategic Commercial & CRM Partnering

  • Serve as the primary CRM business partner for APAC commercial teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and CRM capabilities.
  • Introduce and embed SFE and CRM processes into new markets, ensuring understanding, adoption, and consistency across sales and marketing teams.
  • Influence stakeholders at senior levels, driving CRM value creation, field-force productivity, and commercial execution excellence.

CRM Adoption & Change Management

  • Lead CRM change management initiatives including communication, training, onboarding, and process harmonization.
  • Drive continuous usage and adoption through analysis of CRM behaviors, business feedback, and market engagement.
  • Partner with markets to identify adoption gaps and implement structured action plans.

Commercial Effectiveness & SFE Enablement

  • Deploy SFE methodologies such as Segmentation & Targeting, call planning, activity management, and performance tracking.
  • Support commercial teams in leveraging CRM insights for territory planning, customer engagement, and business decision-making.
  • Promote data-driven commercial excellence practices across APAC.

Stakeholder Engagement & Market Enablement

  • Work closely with country sales leaders, marketing teams, and commercial operations to understand local needs and implement best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, capability-building sessions, and business reviews to elevate CRM and SFE maturity.
  • Collaborate with global CRM and regional commercial excellence teams to align processes and share learnings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
  • 7-12 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, SFE, CRM implementation, or regional commercial operations.
  • Strong business-facing CRM experience (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), with proven ability to drive adoption across markets.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Regional APAC experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a matrix and influence without authority.
