Onsite Requirement: Minimum 3 days/week onsite

A fast-growing, innovative biotech company is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead and oversee global clinical trial operations across Phase I-III oncology studies. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative and mission-driven environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to the development of transformative therapies.

The ideal candidate will bring deep oncology experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive excellence in clinical study execution. This role requires minimal oversight and offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and closeout of global clinical trials
  • Manage local trial operations including supplies, documentation, and compliance
  • Mentor and guide clinical trial associates and specialists
  • Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, EMEA, PMDA, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate trial documentation and oversee data integrity
  • Collaborate on patient recruitment strategies and enrollment timelines
  • Foster communication across internal teams, vendors, and investigators
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure trial excellence
  • Manage trial budgets and resource allocation
  • Maintain country-specific data across clinical, regulatory, and finance systems
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or postgraduate degree with 6+ years in life sciences or related field
  • Proven experience in clinical trial management, ideally within oncology
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial regulations and best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment
