Clinical Research Physician

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical organization and they are looking for a Clinical Research Physician to support late‑phase clinical programs in haematologic malignancies across Australia. This role is ideal for a medically trained professional seeking to expand into clinical development and medical leadership within industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical oversight for clinical trials: eligibility review, patient dosing, safety monitoring, and study progress.
• Review, interpret, and present clinical data to support decision-making and study reporting.
• Communicate with investigators on protocol requirements, safety topics, and trial conduct.
• Contribute to protocol development, study design, and regulatory submissions.
• Gather insights on local therapeutic landscapes, guidelines, and clinical practices.
• Engage with KOLs and scientific communities; represent the company at local congresses.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent); registration and/or PhD a plus.
• Experience in pharma, clinical trials, or clinical practice-preferably in haematology or oncology
• Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial operations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, scientific interpretation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
