Senior Clinical Trial Manager

A fast‑moving biotech team driving a complex Phase I/II oncology trial. This role owns strategic planning and hands‑on execution from start‑up through close‑out, ensuring the study hits critical milestones while maintaining top‑tier quality and compliance. Based in Watertown, MA, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

What You'll Lead

• Oversee site initiation, enrollment, monitoring, compliance, and vendor/CRO performance
• Drive day‑to‑day study operations, ensuring timelines, quality objectives, and regulatory expectations are met
• Manage study budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations
• Build strong relationships with sites, CROs, and external partners to keep momentum high
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep the trial on track
• Review protocols, ICFs, operational plans, and monitoring reports to ensure flawless execution
• Provide clear, consistent updates to internal teams and leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health‑related field
• 5+ years of Clinical Operations/CTM experience, ideally early-mid phase oncology
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and manage vendors/CROs effectively
• Strength in communication, collaboration, multitasking, and independent execution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
