Clinical Research Associate

Our client, a well-established, full-service, and globally recognized Contract Research Organization (CRO), is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their growing team in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of clinical research activities, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and conduct on-site monitoring visits to ensure that clinical trials are progressing according to timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of trial activities, including site visit reports and follow-up correspondence.
• Collaborate closely with local investigators and site staff to support trial execution and resolve any site-related issues.
• Provide timely feedback to cross-functional teams and contribute to product development and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare or life sciences field.
• Minimum of 2 years of solid CRA experience, with a strong background in on-site monitoring.
• Prior experience in oncology trials is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.
