Clinical Research Associate

Our client, a well-established, full-service, and globally recognized Contract Research Organization (CRO), is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their growing team in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of clinical research activities, ensuring strict adherence to study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and conduct on-site monitoring visits to assess site performance, verify data accuracy, and ensure compliance with trial timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of trial activities, including monitoring reports, follow-up letters, and site communications.
• Collaborate closely with local investigators, site coordinators, and internal teams to support trial execution and resolve operational challenges.
• Provide timely feedback to cross-functional teams and contribute to product development, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare or life sciences field.
• Minimum of 1 year of CRA experience, with a strong background in on-site monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.
