Key Responsibilities

As Chief Medical Officer, you will lead the company's global medical strategy, oversee medical affairs, and ensure scientific integrity across all operations.

Your core duties will include:

• Developing and steering the medical strategy in alignment with corporate objectives

• Supervising clinical studies, scientific publications, and interactions with health authorities

• Ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance in all medical communications

• Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, regulatory affairs, and public affairs teams

• Representing the company to healthcare professionals, institutions, and scientific partners

• Leading international medical teams in a fully remote work environment

Profile & Qualifications

We're looking for a visionary leader with:

• A medical degree (MD or equivalent), ideally specialized in autoimmune diseases, rare conditions, or internal medicine

• Proven experience as a CMO or senior medical executive within the pharmaceutical industry

• Deep knowledge of European and international regulatory frameworks

• Strategic leadership, scientific rigor, and outstanding communication skills

• Professional fluency in English and French

• Comfort with remote work and managing virtual teams across borders
