A well-established continuing medical education agency is seeking a General Manager to lead its accredited CME/CE businesses. This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team of a mission-driven organization that delivers high-impact educational initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas.
What You'll Do:
As the strategic and operational leader, you will:
- Drive business growth, profitability, and learner engagement across two CME entities.
- Oversee business development, operations, compliance, and outcomes.
- Lead financial planning and P&L management.
- Identify and secure compliant funding from pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
- Ensure excellence in grant strategy, proposal development, and accreditation standards.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across departments.
What They're Looking For:
- 10+ years in the continuing medical education space, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of CME/CE regulations (ACCME, Joint Accreditation, etc.).
- Proven success in business growth, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
