The opportunity:

  • Own and grow a defined territory, calling primarily on cardiologists and heart failure specialists, with additional exposure to hospital and institutional accounts
  • Support adoption of a commercially available drug-device therapy for fluid overload in chronic heart failure, with additional pipeline innovation underway
  • Balance office-based and hospital selling, including HF clinics and short-stay hospital settings
  • Leverage an established foundation while continuing to expand utilization and account depth
  • Work cross-functionally while maintaining a high level of autonomy in the field

What they're looking for:

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or specialty healthcare sales experience
  • Cardiology, cardiovascular, heart failure, nephrology, or device-adjacent experience strongly preferred (but not required)
  • Comfort managing large geographies and complex stakeholder environments
  • Proven track record of performance and strong business ownership
