We are excited to share a unique opportunity with our client, a leading player in the pharmaceuticals sector. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Process Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role requires a presence in either the Netherlands or France with remote working after the first month, with a focus on driving operational excellence and standardising global processes within External Manufacturing and Supply Chain (EM&S). Role Overview
As a Business Process Manager, you will lead key initiatives to improve and standardise processes, engage in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and collaborate across teams to achieve excellence in external manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Key Skills
- Change Management: Effectively lead organisational transformations by engaging stakeholders and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Process Mapping: Analyse and develop optimise workflows that enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with industry standards.
