Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $105,000-$115,000 + Commission + Bonus
We're currently partnered with a global biotechnology company focused on accelerating the discovery and development of novel antibody‑based therapeutics. They're looking to scale and identify a Business Development Manager that is motivated to expand their career with a hyper-growth organization.
It's proprietary platforms - such as fully human antibody-producing mouse models and its related technologies enable discovery of monoclonal, bi-specific, multi-specific and heavy chain only antibodies.
Beyond antibody generation, this organization is recognized as a leader in gene-edited and humanized animal model creation.

Responsibilities:
- Combine both Science and Business Skills in pre-clinical pharmacology, immune-oncology and mouse model engineering
- Attend trade shows/conferences and develop long-standing relationships with key decision makers in biotech and biopharma organizations
- Support the Marketing team and overall sales function in both branding and awareness of service and products
Requirements:
- Ph.D in bioscience or scientific related field
- Live or can travel in the Greater Boston area
- 3+ years of hands-on mouse model experience
- PK/PD experience
- Excellent soft skills, written and oral communication skills
- Energetic, hungry & motivated to grow in a customer facing sales position
- Keen attention to detail and ability to move in a fast-paced environment
