Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Taiwan

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our client in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have prior distributor management experience in the clinical or pharmaceutical research industry.

Responsibilities:

• Market development: The candidate is responsible for demand discovery, market analysis, and market entry planning. The person will work closely with our sales team to achieve business goals.
• Product commercialization: The candidate is responsible for providing realtime demand analysis to facilitate the R&D team's product design process and to achieve product-market fit. The person will coordinate internal resources and communications and oversee product commercialization.
• Financial analysis: The candidate will lead business-related financial analysis to ensure financially viable decision making.
• External communications: The candidate is responsible for reviewing and negotiating business documents and contracts. The person will also manage external collaborations.
• Company management: The candidate is expected to serve in an active role in key strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Minimal 3 years of work experience in business development.
• Experiences in IVD medical devices or other biomedical sectors are also strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in distributor management of local and regional vendors is also preferred.
