Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Marketing Manager to join the team in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
• Develop compelling marketing content, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts, to engage target audiences and promote Biotage's products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Implement lead generation tactics to attract and convert potential customers. Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
• Organize and manage trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events to showcase Biotage's offerings and engage with customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the life sciences or related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
