Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert for working with national coding organizations to shape product coding strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
• Team up with product launch groups to help new treatments stand out through smart coding approaches.
• Build strong relationships with advocacy groups to support coding decisions that benefit current and future healthcare products.
• Help ensure new products are ready for market by supporting access planning and solving payer-related challenges.
• Lead efforts to educate healthcare providers on how to properly code and bill for treatments, while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience (vaccine experience preferred)
• Prior experience in developing and gaining approval for CPT codes
• Strong understanding of vaccine reimbursement, including CPT coding and billing practices
• Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance reimbursement requirements
• Ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders
