Title: Associate Director, Value and Access - Vaccines

Location: Hybrid -3x/week onsite (NJ-based)

Position Overview:

This Associate Director will play a critical role in shaping and executing coding and reimbursement strategies across multiple vaccine franchises. The position is highly cross-functional, supporting both in-line and launch products, and will be instrumental in driving favorable access and policy outcomes across public and commercial payer channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CPT strategy development and serve as the primary liaison with coding authorities.
• Collaborate with brand and launch teams to align coding strategies with product profiles.
• Engage with advocacy organizations to influence coding outcomes for current and pipeline products.
• Support market access planning for new product launches.
• Analyze payment and pricing data to identify and resolve payer-specific barriers.
• Monitor industry pricing trends and maintain accurate reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in market access, reimbursement, or health policy.
• Demonstrated success in CPT code development and approval.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and vaccine reimbursement pathways.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
