EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company to hire an Associate Director, Sales Training. This is a highly visible role within the organizations Commercial team; responsible for leading, designing, and executing sales training programs to support their high-performing sales force. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and tenured sales professionals.
• Create content across disease state education, product knowledge, selling skills, and market access.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align training with brand strategy and compliance standards.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations at national meetings and training events.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee training material development.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience (across multiple commercial functions)
• 3+ years commercial and/or sales training experience required
• 2+ years corporate (in office) commercial training experience required
• Specialty product launch experience
• Veeva Vault and promotional review committee experience
• Endocrinology experience preferred
• Ability to translate complex scientific content into engaging, actionable training.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
