About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Sales to lead the polymer division across EMEA. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performance sales teams focused on engineered polymers, thermoplastics, and sustainable material solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of regional sales directors and key account managers across Europe.
  • Drive new business development in high-growth sectors including automotive, packaging, electronics, and healthcare.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product management to align customer needs with innovation pipelines.
  • Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, converters, and distributors.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform commercial decisions.
  • Own the sales forecast, pipeline management, and pricing strategy for the polymer portfolio.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer summits.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in polymers, plastics, or specialty chemicals.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-million euro revenue growth across diverse markets.
  • Strong understanding of polymer applications, value chains, and sustainability trends.
  • Fluent in English & German or other European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA.
