Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical operations strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for global trial execution.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, and all applicable regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Quality teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Degree in life sciences or related field (PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing global Phase I-III trials in rare disease or specialty therapeutic areas.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
