Therapy Sales Specialist (m/w/d) - Neuromodulation (Germany)
Territory: Hannover, Braunschweig, Magdeburg (Remote / Field-Based)
Overview
We are partnering with a leading international medical device organisation operating in the neuromodulation space. As part of continued growth, they are seeking a Therapy Sales Specialist (m/w/d) to drive commercial success and deliver high-quality clinical support across Northern Germany.
This is a hybrid role combining sales responsibility, clinical expertise, and hands-on procedural support within a highly innovative therapy area.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Management
- Own and develop the assigned territory, managing both existing accounts and new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets through structured account planning and stakeholder engagement
- Execute territory and account strategies aligned with broader commercial goals
- Maintain forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates
Clinical Support
- Provide in-theatre support during implantation procedures
- Assist with device programming, optimisation, and patient follow-up
- Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians on therapy and product usage
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Build long-term relationships with physicians, surgeons, and clinical teams
- Deliver on-site product training, workshops, and education sessions
- Support adoption of advanced neuromodulation therapies (e.g. DBS)
Market Development
- Support new product launches and regional growth initiatives
- Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams
- Identify opportunities to increase therapy adoption and market share
Operations
- Maintain CRM data (e.g. Salesforce), reporting, and documentation
- Manage inventory coordination and internal processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards
Candidate Profile
- Background in a medical, scientific, or technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and clinical environments
- Experience in medical devices, clinical support, or healthcare sales
- Strong communication skills and confident presence in clinical settings
- Commercially driven with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively (~75%, including overnight stays)
- Fluent German and good English
- Valid driver's licence
