About the Opportunity
We are partnered with a leading and rapidly growing medical technology company seeking a Territory Manager to support the continued expansion of its Neuromodulation business across Eastern Germany.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven medical device professional to join a highly specialised therapy area, working closely with healthcare professionals, treatment centres, and key stakeholders to increase patient access to innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the assigned territory through strategic account development and business planning.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and specialist treatment centres.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Deliver product and therapy education programmes to clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
- Support clinical procedures and provide case support when required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to increase awareness and adoption of advanced therapies.
- Develop and strengthen referral networks surrounding key treatment centres.
- Create and manage patient referral pathways to support therapy growth.
- Partner with stakeholders across clinical and administrative functions to drive long-term commercial success.
- Maintain accurate territory plans, forecasts, and customer activity records.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-4+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
- Previous experience within Neuromodulation is highly preferred.
- Candidates from referral-driven therapy areas such as Cochlear Implants, Hearing Implants, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Neurovascular, Surgical Devices, Implantable Devices, or other specialist medical device sectors will also be considered.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering territory growth.
- Experience managing complex hospital stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement, management, finance, and operating room personnel.
- Experience developing referral networks and building relationships around specialist treatment centres.
- Ability to create referral pathways, increase therapy awareness, and drive patient access.
- Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion activities.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
- Experience delivering clinical education and supporting therapy adoption.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a competitive healthcare environment.
- Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
