Territory Sales Specialist - Infusion Therapy Services

Location: Southern New Jersey (covering Edison and surrounding areas)

Important Experience Requirement

This role is strictly for professionals with prior experience in selling ambulatory infusion services or specialty pharmacy medications related to infusion therapy.
It is not suitable for entry-level candidates or those seeking to transition from unrelated fields. Applicants without this background will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with prescribers, clinical teams, and healthcare administrators.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our infusion therapy portfolio and service offerings.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to drive patient referrals and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute targeted outreach plans.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to inform territory strategy.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits and maintain consistent follow-up with providers.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional patient care.
  • Document all activities and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in healthcare sales, account management, or provider relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, well-maintained vehicle.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
