Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a core product category and guide its direction through forecasting, financial planning, pricing recommendations, and full lifecycle oversight.
  • Translate customer challenges into compelling value stories and create educational tools that elevate effectiveness across commercial teams.
  • Work closely with regional partners to coordinate launch plans, strengthen field engagement, and support initiatives that encourage long term product adoption.
  • Develop annual and multi-year strategies that define market positioning, resource alignment, and long-range goals based on data-driven insights.
  • Produce marketing materials, market assessments, demand forecasts, and other tactical assets needed to support successful execution.
  • Identify opportunities for future offerings and design inventive commercial approaches that help the portfolio stand out.
  • Build reporting tools and dashboards that convert complex information into clear, actionable guidance for leadership and planning cycles.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts, encourage alignment among internal teams, and contribute a strategic perspective to high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years in marketing or product management in the medical device or life sciences industry required.
  • Expertise in segmentation, customer targeting, and product lifecycle planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to support new product introductions and market growth initiatives.
  • Strong commercial judgement with experience in pricing, positioning, branding, and resource planning.
  • Skilled in developing marketing materials, analyzing market dynamics, and building accurate forecasts.
  • Creative problem solver with a history of generating original commercial ideas.
  • Proven capability to influence across teams and manage priorities within a dynamic setting.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
