Job Description

The Senior Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) plays a critical global role in shaping and executing evidence strategies that support patient access and inform payer decision-making. This position is responsible for developing robust, payer-relevant evidence and delivering high‑quality materials that support Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions worldwide. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in evidence generation, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Evidence Generation & Strategy

• Lead the generation of global-impact, payer-relevant evidence, including patient-reported outcomes (PRO), clinical outcomes assessment (COA) strategies, and evidence synthesis activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HEOR strategy aligned with product, medical, and access priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable HEOR project plans and deliverables.

HTA & Global Value Materials

• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality global assets to support HTA submissions, including the Global Value Dossier (GVD), economic models, and supporting evidence packages.
• Maintain adherence to internal governance frameworks and compliance requirements related to HTA dossier development and approval.
