Our Client a leading Fintech is looking for an Account Manager
Tasks
- Build and develop a strong sales pipeline across the e‑commerce, insurance, and banking segments.
- Manage a portfolio of key clients within the banking sector, engaging directly with senior decision‑makers to understand their requirements and position appropriate solutions.
- Lead license renewals and extensions, including negotiations involving complex contractual terms and pricing pressure.
- Own customer relationships throughout the full sales lifecycle, applying a consultative and solution‑driven sales approach.
- Make sound commercial decisions that align with the company's strategic goals and priorities.
- Design and execute renewal strategies by identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve customer success, and drive product adoption.
Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in selling SaaS software or working in consulting.
- You are comfortable managing the full sales process on your own, from first contact and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- You have experience working with corporate customers and successfully closing deals or projects with them.
- You understand value based selling and can connect customer needs with business goals.
- You are numbers driven and able to create business cases that clearly show customer value.
- You are confident when negotiating and communicating with senior and C level stakeholders.
- You are self motivated, confident, and approachable, with a strong sense of empathy.
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving problems.
- You communicate clearly and work well with different internal and external stakeholders.
- You are fluent in German and have very good English skills, both spoken and written.
