Base Salary: $180,000-$220,000

Overview

Growing oncology biotech seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to drive adoption and utilization of a targeted oncology therapy across South Carolina and Georgia. This individual will develop strategic territory plans, build relationships with key oncology stakeholders, and achieve sales objectives in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance and achieve sales goals.
• Build relationships with oncologists, nurses, practice managers, and key account stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical education and compelling product discussions.
• Execute strategic business plans to increase product adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, MSLs, Nurse Educators, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience.
• Oncology and/or rare disease experience required.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong clinical acumen and account management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred

• Breast cancer experience.
• Product launch experience.
• Market access or reimbursement knowledge.
• Experience thriving in a small, entrepreneurial biotech environment.
