Sales Representative - Northern Norway (Ophthalmology Devices)
Location: Northern Norway | Field-based
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team, covering the Northern Norway territory. This is a unique opportunity to represent cutting-edge ophthalmic technologies and make a meaningful impact in the surgical and clinical space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across the territory by promoting a portfolio of ophthalmology devices to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, surgical staff, and procurement teams.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and support to ensure optimal use and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop territory plans, forecast sales, and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and clinical developments in ophthalmology.
About You:
- Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within ophthalmology or operating room environments.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to engage credibly with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English; valid driver's license required.
