We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Sales Manager to lead a team focused on certification and training services across various industry sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of sales and training professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive sales growth in management system certification and professional training services.
- Develop sector-specific strategies, with a focus on industries such as automotive, food & beverage, ICT, and others.
- Oversee recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance management for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, diversification, and brand development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of new and existing products and services.
- Monitor and improve sales processes and performance metrics.
- Support the preparation and presentation of proposals to prospective clients.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within certification, training, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of business development and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team management skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally internationally.
