We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Sales Manager to lead a team focused on certification and training services across various industry sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales and training professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive sales growth in management system certification and professional training services.
  • Develop sector-specific strategies, with a focus on industries such as automotive, food & beverage, ICT, and others.
  • Oversee recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance management for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, diversification, and brand development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of new and existing products and services.
  • Monitor and improve sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of proposals to prospective clients.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within certification, training, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of business development and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally internationally.
